There the ships pass through; There is this dragon You formed to play therein. All things wait upon You, That You may give them food in due season.

ወንጌል Gospel

22. On the following day, when the people who were standing on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except that one which His disciples had entered, and that Jesus had not entered the boat with His disciples, but His disciples had gone away alone— 23. however, other boats came from Tiberias, near the place where they ate bread after the Lord had given thanks— 24. when the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they also got into boats and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. 25. And when they found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, “Rabbi, when did You come here?” 26. Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. 27. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” Whoever believes in the SON, have eternal life.

1. Paul and Timothy, bondservants of Jesus Christ, To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, with the bishops and deacons: 2. Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 3. I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4. always in every prayer of mine making request for you all with joy, 5. for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now, 6. being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ; 7. just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace. 8. Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth. 5. You have lived on the earth in pleasure and luxury; you have fattened your hearts as in a day of slaughter. 6. You have condemned, you have murdered the just; he does not resist you.

Therefore I beg you to hear me patiently. 4. “My manner of life from my youth, which was spent from the beginning among my own nation at Jerusalem, all the Jews know. 5. They knew me from the first, if they were willing to testify, that according to the strictest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee. 6. And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made by God to our fathers. 7. To this promise our twelve tribes, earnestly serving God night and day, hope to attain. For this hope's sake, King Agrippa, I am accused by the Jews. 8. Why should it be thought incredible by you that God raises the dead?

Repent, and believe in the gospel.” 16. And as He walked by the Sea of Galilee, He saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 17. Then Jesus said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.” 18. They immediately left their nets and followed Him. 19. While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” These things Jesus spoke, and departed, and was hidden from them. 37. But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him, 38. that the word of Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke: “Lord, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?” 39. Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again: 40. “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts, Lest they should see with their eyes, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.” 41. These things Isaiah said when he saw His glory and spoke of Him. Whoever believes in the SON, have eternal life.

8. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10. and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12. that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 13. But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth, 14. to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. 15. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.

18. Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations— 21. “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,” 22. which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines of men? 23. These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self - imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh.

You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come, ’ so now I say to you. 34. A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” 36. Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered him, “Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.” 37. Peter said to Him, “Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.” 38. Jesus answered him, “Will you lay down your life for My sake? 1. “Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 3. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4. that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly. 5. “And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 6. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. 7. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. 8. “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. The Lord told his desciples, ‘Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.’

For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26. For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.” 28. Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. 29. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30.
